1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Word Hype ("the App"), developed by FF Automaton, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the App immediately.
2. Overview of App Features
Word Hype provides interactive language learning and word puzzle gameplay featuring:
- Single-player word challenges and mastery ranking.
- Real-time online multiplayer word battles and global leaderboards.
- On-device and cloud Artificial Intelligence (AI) for word definitions, hints, and sentence translations.
- Downloadable offline language models.
3. User Accounts & Fair Play
You may use the App as a guest or sign in with Google or Apple. You agree to:
- Maintain respectful conduct in multiplayer matches and leaderboards.
- Not use automated scripts, bots, hacks, or cheats to manipulate game points or ranks.
- Not upload abusive, offensive, or inappropriate nicknames or avatars.
4. Word Hype PRO Subscriptions & In-App Purchases
Word Hype offers optional paid subscriptions ("Word Hype PRO") available on a monthly or annual auto-renewable basis:
- PRO Benefits: Unlimited AI definitions and translations, full access to download offline AI models, exclusive PRO status badge on leaderboards, and an ad-free experience.
- Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID Account or Google Play Account upon purchase confirmation.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Managing & Cancelling: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple App Store or Google Play Store Account Settings.
- Refunds: All purchases and refunds are governed directly by Apple's and Google's standard store policies.
5. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Disclaimer
Word Hype utilizes Large Language Models (LLMs) to generate definitions and sentence breakdowns. While we strive for accuracy, AI outputs are provided for educational and entertainment purposes "as is", and may occasionally contain minor inaccuracies.
6. Account Deletion & Data Rights
You may request or perform complete account deletion at any time in the App's Profile settings. Deleting your account will immediately and permanently erase your account data, scores, and rankings from our servers.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FF Automaton shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App or inability to access services.
